Welcome to the Drunk Tank

Established at an unknown time for unknown reasons by Michael Hicks the Drunk Tank was always meant as a modern day depository of creative works.  However as his involvement in the roleplaying forum "Engi No Jutsu" became more and more involved the "tank" turned from a depository into a database for his work at the time.  As of February of 2010 Hicks has resigned from his position on the board's staff, but the "tank" continues on.  And much like the man who created this place Hicks continues to change the layout yet again.
